Weekly Reminder

Remember to weigh-in today. It's important to pick a time of day to weigh and stick with it so you can get a correct weight loss recorded. I like to do mine first thing in the morning in my underwear. That way I am taking out as many factors as possible (your weight will fluctuate during the day and obviously different clothes way different amounts). Just make sure that whatever you do you stick with that so that you can have your most correct weigh-in and you can know how you are doing.
